The Cimi has set up a committee whose main mission is to find solutions to limit the impact of our research activities on the environment. Created in September 2019, the GreenLab is supported by the Cimi’s Management and represented on the Management Committee. Several working groups (carbon footprint, suppliers, life of the lab, procedures, communication), in which members of all the Cimi’s teams participate, share the activities defined as priorities.

The Greenlab is engaged in the realization of the assessment of our greenhouse gas emissions, which will allow us to consider actions to limit the environmental impact of our activities. It conducts surveys and poster campaigns to raise staff awareness, organises seminars and ensures the Cimi’s participation in networks of laboratories involved in an eco-responsible approach.
